Truefarm Protein Plus flour delivers over 24g per 100g of protein, required for building and maintaining healthy bones as well as muscle mass. Protein can be harder to find when following a vegetarian or vegan diet and so our Flour makes it possible to enjoy familiar foods whilst getting enough Protein in the diet.
In addition the flour is rich in iron, required for energy, the immune system and healthy cognitive function as well magnesium for strong bones and teeth. There are also vitamins B1, B2 and B6 which further help with the energy production and the immune system.
